We are taking significant steps to reduce our environmental impact. In 2024, we installed electric vehicle (EV) chargers at The Old Chapel Apartments to encourage eco-friendly transport. Additionally, we transitioned to using our own linens, cutting down on the carbon emissions associated with long-distance laundry services by partnering with a local dry cleaner.

We have made conscious efforts to reduce single-use plastics in our properties. By replacing single-use toiletries with refillable bottles, we are significantly reducing the plastic waste generated by each stay. We also provide recycling facilities for our guests, encouraging them to join us in making sustainable choices.
